Timothy arrived in Australia as a convict in 1806 he was tried at Chelmsford and committed to 14yrs transportation. He married Ann Ward also a convict I have all the information on him after his arrival aboard the 'Duke of Portland' Any information as
to his birth etc in England would be appreciated. Surname may be spelled BELLARD.
