Research Interest: My son-in-law's mother left him and his brother and sister when they were very small with his father Joel A. Shugart, Sr . My son-in-law is now 26 years of age. He has asked for information to find his mother, but they will not tell him anything. No one in his family will allow him to speak about her. I really don.t know if Ashley is her maiden name. Once the grandmother stated that was her name before she was adopted. If you can help or know of a way we can find her, we would appreciate this. Thank you Ann Patterson
