Seeking the parents of James W Asher born about sometime after 1827. He moved from Missouri to Arkansas and was on the 1860 and 1870 Census of Newton and Franklin Counties. His wife was Senite Gilbreth. He found in the Civil War on the Union side and
died in 1871 at the age of 41 from prenomia and measles he contracted while in the Army. There where a lot of Ashers in Missouri and don't know which family he came from. He was born in Roane County Tennessee - so the family moved from Tennessee to Mis
souri and then later to Arkansas. Any info would be helpful
