I recently received some vague information that my ggg grandmother may have been Sarah Allen from Mississippi. She is apparently listed in the 1870 Leake Co., MS census Sarah A. Allen Age 49 born MS, Matilda Age 20 born MS Would be my gg grandmother
, Jefferson age 20 born MS, Sallie age 21 born MS, Charles age 12 born MS. I am relatively sure that this is the right family but I have NO clue who Sarah was married to or why he wasn't listed unless of course he had died. Is there anyone out there w
ith any knowledge of this family. Any info anyone could or would afford me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, Tammie
