Research Interest: I am interested in ascertaining Cherokee ancestry. My My father I believe, was part Cherokee,and I be- lieve his mother was Cherokee. I need this to support a claim of American Indian discrimination for admission to Univ. of Connecticut Law School, where I have been placed on the waiting list two times consecutively, after claiming American Indian minority status. UCONN has a history of denying AI's access to its law school and there is no AI representation there. This information is critica l.
