Research Interest: I have been searching for James AIKEN for 5 years. He lived in Columbia, S. C. most of his life. He married Bertha PERRY. He is buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Columbia. He had 7 children. All are deceased except one who was two when James died, s o he knows nothing about him. We cannot find James' parents nor siblings. I have his death certificate. It gives only South Carolina as birth place with no parents. He worked for the City of Columbia for about 30 years.
