Research Interest: Looking for the ancestors of Washington Adams who was born in 1812 in OH. Beofre 1840 he married a Laura (?). In 1840s, the couple had three children in Ligonier, IN. Mary J. born in 1840, Moses J. born in 1842 and Martha born in 1846. Sometime before 1860 the family moved to Mt. Carroll, IL and in 1860 Mary J. Married Andrew J. Christian. Washington Adams died in 1863 and Laura remarried. We do not know what happened to the other 2 children - Moses or Martha.
