i am the illegitimate child of wilbur nmi abshire and rhonda faye block. my biological sister is dominique abshire and there is another male sibling fathered by wilbur nmi abshire that was born in approx. 1971. any help with my search would be very app
reciated. wilbur has a sister, bernice and they are thought to be born in louisiana. wilbur married jo ann hoffpauir in 1971.
